Our Programming

At Watersheds of South Pittsburgh, we believe the best way to engage our community is through our efforts on the ground. From litter pick-ups to community garden maintenance, you can find us outside doing work that matters. Read below to get an idea of where you can find us.

Getting Dirty to Get Clean

From sidewalk to stream, litter is a blight on the community.

By working together, we can keep our city clean while enjoying the urban environment. Join us at one of our Pop-Up Pick-Ups to clean our streets, or hop into the stream during a Stream Clean-up!

Check out our calendar for the most up-to-date info on our next event.

Greenspace Initiatives

Land use directly impacts the health of our streams and rivers.

By becoming involved with stewarding your community’s remaining greenspace, you can make a difference in the health and vitality of the entire watershed. There is no such thing as too small of a space to transform!
